At Monoblock Wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury footwear purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Monoblock Wheels packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
